Tibia is a free game to play. A Free Account is just that, it is a Tibia game account that is free. You can play Tibia as much as you want, but you won't have the same advantages a premium account has. For example, premium accounts can travel by boat and visit places a Free account can't. After signing up with tibia you got a free account. This can be changed to a paid account, called premium.

Also, Free Account users are limited to which cities can be visited, monsters fought, and items gained.
