O Outlaw Camp pode ser encontrado ao leste de Thais e oeste de Venore. Esta é a casa de quem foi expulso de outros lugares. Wild Warriors, Hunters e outras criaturas vivem nessas terras. H.L. é um comprador solitário que pode contar sobre as terras. Ele vende e compra por preços ridículos, mas é o único NPC que compra Scale Armors no jogo. Também, por alguma razão, não fale sobre mulheres em conversas com ele.
Por causa de sua distância de um depot, as casas aqui são geralmente baratas, e em alguns mundos, ele totalmente livres para reivindicar (0 gp são as ofertas que geralmente irão aparecer). Apesar de ser mais perto de Venore, estas casas são encontradas na lista de Kazordoon no Web site oficial. Outlaw Camp 1 é a segunda maior casa da lista de Kazordoon, com 39 sqm.
Ante do update de 7.4, que a possibilidada de lurar não era restrita, eram luradas Giant Spiders em Outlaw Camp, mas tais práticas são limitadas agora inteiramente para Minotaur Mages e também Hunters.
