As Plains of Havoc estão no sul e oeste de Venore e sul e leste de Kazordoon. É conhecido com um bom lugar de caça para Paladins mas se tornou quase impossível para caçar com levéis baixos, em virtude da grande quantidade de Giant Spiders adicionadas no update de inverno de 2006. Aqui é casa para variadas e perigosas criaturas. Existe um Templo Protection Zone onde você pode descansar depois de combates. Ao leste do Templo esta o Mosteiro Abandonado. Existe também a Necromant House, que tem um portal que leva para O Void. Também a Island of the Mists que é uma ilha pacífica reservada apenas para druidas. A famosa Knightwatch Tower pode ser encontrada ao sul de PoH.
